Do I need to come in for an estimate?
We prepare estimates using photos of the damage and your VIN. Send those with your vehicle details through the estimate request above. We’ll ask you to come in only if we need to see the vehicle in person.
When can I schedule repairs?
For repairs you’re paying for yourself, we can schedule once we’ve completed your estimate. If insurance is involved, we need a copy of the insurance company’s estimate before scheduling your repairs.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes—we work with any insurance company. Send us your insurance estimate so we can review it and arrange your repair appointment.
Can I choose my own repair shop?
Your insurance company may recommend a shop, but a recommendation does not mean you have to use it. In Ohio, you have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired, unless your policy limits that choice. Tell your insurer you’d like Bratfish Auto to handle your repairs.
